I don't remember when I first met Phil
Waters. Phil is one of those "scooter-guys" you just seem to have always
known. Since starting Pride of Cleveland scooters, Phil has experienced
phenomenal growth and has had to move to roomier facilities 5,815
times.... OK, maybe three or four times, but still a lot of moving. Their
